After your claim has been reviewed and approved for payment, an offer is sent to you in the form of an Allowance Letter and Release. If you accept the offer, the original release must be signed and returned to the Trust. When the Trust receives the executed release, it is reviewed for deficiencies. [See, the Allowance Letters & Releases page of this site for information about execution of releases.] A claim payment is normally sent within 1-2 months of the Trust’s receipt of a properly executed release.
The current Payment Percentage is 60%.
